My tow company is part of a rotation using ARIES. How do I make sure I never miss my spot in the rotation?

To ensure your tow company is never skipped on a rotation, you must always have at least one eligible driver (or company dispatcher) logged into the mobile app. If you want the tow requests to come through a company dispatcher, then you should always have one logged into the mobile app.

Will my tow company get courtesy phone calls to make sure I don’t miss a tow on my rotation?

Yes, but you will only get phone calls if you have a driver (or company dispatcher) logged into the Autura Towing mobile app and the tow is auto-dispatched to them. The Autura Partner Support team will call the driver (or company dispatcher) if they don’t ACCEPT the tow from the mobile app within 60 seconds. You will not get a courtesy phone call if you don’t have anyone logged into the mobile app and you will miss your spot in the rotation.

Can I use an iPad or tablet with the Autura Towing/Dispatch mobile app?

Yes, but only if that iPad or tablet has a mobile phone number associated with it. It cannot be a wifi only iPad or tablet.
