We’re contracted by cities, counties, and states nationwide to manage transportation, storage, and return of a vehicle after local law enforcement orders a tow. Our technological solution automates communications among towers, police, and vehicle owners, for faster, safer vehicle removal from unauthorized parking areas and accident scenes. We do not issue tickets or order tows.

ARIES Impound

How do I add or update a fee?

Fees in ARIES Impound can be added or updated or removed. We can also set effective dates for new fees or fee changes. If you want to add or update a fee, please email helpdesk@autura.com with the name of the fee, the existing price (if new), the billing price (if applicable), the new price, the new billing price and the date that the new price should go into effect.

Why am I getting this error, “error scheduling mailing: sent unsuccessfully”?

This is an error that can show for ARIES customers that have an integration with a 3rd party called ADD123 to automate sending mailings. The above error is from the ADD123 system, not ARIES. You will need to log out of ADD123 and log back in.
